Dental Clinic
Orland Park Dental Services will be coming to OPS soon! Stay tuned for the date. Eligible students will receive a cleaning, fluoride treatment, and sealants if needed. Sealants are a protective coating on the chewing surfaces of the back teeth. This program is offered for all grades, but the state requires K, 2nd & 6th grade students to have a mandatory dental exam prior to May 15, 2024. This dental exam will fullfill the requirement. Forms have been sent home with your students. Please return them to school by Thursday, August 31 if you would like your child to participate.

Parent Information Night at Lincoln School is tonight, Tuesday August 22nd from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Introductions will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Lincoln School Gym.


Junior High Athletic Meeting and School Information Night
On Monday, August 21 there will be an Athletic Meeting at 5:30p.m. for all students who are interested in participating in athletics this school year. Following the Athletic Meeting will be the Junior High School Information Night starting at 6:00 p.m. and running until 7:30 p.m. All parents will meet in the gymnasium for a brief introduction/opening by Mr. Burns, principal. Following that introduction parents will be allotted an opportunity to view and visit with all programming offered at the junior high school. The sections will be lead by a Student Council representative to ensure parent/students get to all of the locations in a relatively timely manner.
