It was Bat Cave day in Ms. Coble’s first grade class last Thursday! After learning all kinds of great facts about bats they decided to learn how a bat would live in the dark! They used flashlights to help them complete some batty activities: vowel bat phonics, batty spin and add, scholastic news about caves and much more! They even ate “bugs” just like bats! It was a fang-tastic day!

The 5th and 6th grade boys' basketball teams started their season last night at home against LaSalle Lincoln. The 5th grade won 29-18 and the 6th grade lost 15-45. The next games will be Thursday, October 28th at Peru Parkside. Good luck Bulldogs!
