Oglesby Public School District 125

A powerful hand-off of tradition and service: Jane Newsom, granddaughter of a former board member who served our community for over 50 years, presents an annual donation to Washington School Student Council President , Easton S. This moment bridges decades of dedication to our schools. While Easton leads our student body, his family’s commitment to the board spans 34 years through his grandfather, Marc Strand, and continues today with his father, Anthony Strand, who joined the board in 2023.
